Day 1: Cusco - Puerto Maldonado |
| |
- Cusco - Puerto Maldonado.
- Transfer Hotel - Airport.
- Transfer Airport to Ecoamazonia Lodge. Upon arrival we shall all partake of a delicious welcome drink.
- After lunch, a guided visit to the ISLA MONKEY (Monkey Island). This site is home to many different species of monkeys ("Monos" - common denomination for New World non-human primates) such as Maquisapa (Spider Monkey), MachÍn (Capuchin), Leoncito (TitÍ - Cebuella pygmaea), Fraile (Squirrel Monkey), Achuni (Nasua nasua d.) and others.
- Return to the Lodge.

Day 2: Eco - Lodge |
| |
- After breakfast, your Guide will lead you on an exploratory excursion to the Cocha Perdida (The Lost lake).
- Once there we shall come - and go up to- the MIRADOR (the AMAZONIAN VIEWPOINT) built atop the greatest of treetops in the Amazonian forest, the revered "SHIHUAHUACO" (Diptrax alata, a relative of the Mimosa and Copaiba family) from where a grand view of the great forest can be admired.
- A pleasant canoe tour around the lake, and in the afternoon yet another canoe ride down river complemented with a visit to a local family.
- Return to the Lodge.

Day 3: Puerto Maldonado - Cusco o Lima |
| |
- Puerto Maldonado - Cusco / Lima.
- After breakfast, Transfer to the airport for return flight back to Lima (Possibility of extension Nazca, Paracas, Huaraz) or Cusco (Possibility of extension Puno, Arequipa, Lima for your international departure flights).
