General Conditions
RATES
All rates are quoted in US$ American Dollars; € Euros, or £ UK Pounds Sterling, and are subject to change without prior notice. The rates are quoted on a per/person and DWB accommodations unless otherwise stated. Once the reservation is confirmed and services are paid for, the rates quotes are guaranteed.
ITINERARY
Itineraries are designed with utmost care and detail; for reasons of "force majeur", acts of God or Nature and others beyond our control, it may be necessary to alter the sequential order of activities in the itinerary as originally described, as well as/or the originally specified route. The itinerary as quoted is referential in nature.
AIR FARES
The Costs of Airfares are subject to availability as well as changes without prior notice until they have been issued and paid for. The timetables and flight numbers can or may be subject to change on the part of the Airline until at any moment until programmed date of travel.
Some restrictions are applicable -including (albeit not in a limitative manner) the lack of reimbursement for lost tickets- and are subject to limitations privy to individual airline company policies, fines, surcharges and/or specific and specified conditions of the reservation contract.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS NOT INCLUDED WITHIN AN ORGANIZED TOUR PACKEGE
Cancellations and Reimbursements:
If a cancellation is received within 45 days prior to the date of arrival and check-in at hotel, the deposit is refundable in its totality minus administrative and handling charges
In the case of a cancellation received between 44 and 30 days prior to date of arrival and check-in at hotel, reimbursement is subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total import.
No reimbursement is granted in the case of a cancellation presented less than 30 days prior to arrival/check-in, or of absolute no show on the part of passenger(s).
CHARTERED TOURS
Cancellations and Reimbursements
Request for cancellations and reimbursements should be remitted in writing addressed to: cancel@travelatin.com including all pertinent information and these will be immediately seen to.
If a cancellation is received until 45 days prior to the commencement of the Tour in question, the deposit is 100% refundable, minus administrative charges.
If a cancellation is received between 44 to 30 days prior to date of commencement of Tour, reimbursement is subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total cost involved.
No reimbursement is applicable if: a) cancellation is received under 30 days prior to date of commencement of Tour, b) No show on part of Client(s); c) Any and all Cancellation(s) occurring during the course of Tour in progress.
Certain services may have to be interrupted or not rendered due to Weather conditions, Reasons of force majeur", Acts of God or Nature, Political events, Civic disturbances, etc, and others beyond the control and responsibility of Hotels, Airlines, Operators and/or associated providers and sub-contractors. No reimbursements, refunds or liabilities are contemplated nor can be granted as a result of these or analogous circumstances beyond our control.
PLEASE NOTE:
Certain and Providers and local sub-contractors of Services adhere to more rigorous group cancellation policies. Therefore, in the case of Group Reservations exceeding 10 passengers in number, the Providers reserve upon themselves the prerogative of imposing a penalization equivalent to 25% (of costs involved) applicable a full 90 days prior to commencement of the Tour, and of a full 100% cancellation fee for cancellation as late as 45 days prior to commencement of tour.
During what is termed as the "High Season" (months of July through September included), our company reserves the right of modifying cancellation policies if our local providers and sub-contractors choose to implement any of the above stated policies.
FORMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT:
All Services requested, call for a 50% advance payment of total service costs involved. This may be effected in the following modes:

The use of our system of online payment is gratis, free of charge, and can be effected with ease as well as full security since it requires only an electronic mail address associated with PayPal as well as a debit or credit card. The support and assistance of PayPal enables us to guarantee a maximum of security and safety in your payments.
B/ Through Bank Wire Transfer

RESPOSIBILITIES AND LIABILITIES
In all travel arrangements TRAVEL LATIN acts in Lieu, and under Specific Order and Name of, our Clients. As such, its activity consists only of organizing on their behalf the planning, preparation and arrangements pertaining to means of transport, lodging & accommodations and/or other required tourist services requires thereof. Consequently, we do not assume absolutely any responsibility nor are held liable nor party in case of any accidents, losses -personal or otherwise material- resulting from delays or interferences in the course of the Tour due to Weather conditions, Reasons of force majeur", Acts of God or Nature, Political events, Civic disturbances, etc, and others beyond our control and responsibility, particularly in respect to programs and schedules.
CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO "A LA CARTE" OR " CUSTOMIZED" SERVICES "POOL SERVICES
A certain number of Services may be proposed to Clients in the form of a "Pooled" (collective) service; this means that a number of clients is grouped along with other already organized -or pre-organized- groups. These incorporated groups may total from 10 to 20 English or Spanish speaking individuals. In the case of some itineraries within the Pool Service, the transport can take place in the form of local transport rather than in private coach.
PRIVATE SERVICES
This is a Personalized Service, in accordance with the number of passengers involved and required. The entire excursion -as well as the personnel involved- will be fluent in the requested and required language (English, French, German or Other).
GUIDES
Qualified Professionals who have received Specific Training in Group Leadership and Tour Conduction, including a wide-ranging experience in the various specialties, fields and general settings of tourism. Language and other special requirements can be best seen to and complied with advance notice.
ENTRANCES & ADMISSION FEES, ETC.
Admissions, et al, into Archaeological Sites are all included, unless otherwise indicated.
