A fantastic hike of 3 days in the surroundings of Cuzco that starts in Tambomachay, which is located just 10 minutes from the city of Cusco. The central point is Huchuy Qosqo, an ancient Inca archeological site located in the Sacred Valley. During the route, one passes by Andean communities and appreciates the local flora and fauna. The trip has the option to end in Machupicchu. Day 1: Cusco (3,350 m// 10,990 feet) - Tambomachay (3,700 m / 12,210 feet) - Huchuyqosqo (3,650 m /12,045 feet)
- Departure from Cusco by bus at 7 a.m. Pick up from your hotel.
- Visit to the archaeological site of Tambomachay; previous visit to the Inca's bath.
- Tambomachay - Start of trek to Huchuyqosco. This is a beautiful trek where Cusco's environs can be appreciated and where we will border Lake Qoricancha.
- We will reach Huchuyqosqo's archaeological site in the afternoon.
- Dinner and lodging at campsite or the house of a local family. Depending on the season.

Day 2: Huchuyqosqo (3,650 m /12,045 feet) - Chinchero (3,780 m// 12,474 feet) - Ollanta (2,792 m//

- Breakfast before starting on the trek to the town of Chinchero.
- We start climbing up to a pass 4,200 meters above sea level where we will rest to appreciate the beautiful landscape and the snow-capped mountains in the Sacred Valley, such as the Veronica, the Chicón and the Pitusiray.
- After a brief rest we continue our trek to Pitusiray Lagoon.
- In Chinchero we board the bus that will take us to the typical town of Ollantaytambo
- Visit to the picturesque town of Ollantaytambo.
- Dinner and lodging at Ollantaytambo's camping ground that has all services.

Day 3: Ollanta - Train Station
- Breakfast and we head towards the station across Inca terraces.
