Puno is the entrance point to one of the most beautiful scenic tours in all of South America: Lake Titicaca. At 3,800 meters altitude, this is the highest navigable lake in the entire world, within which thrive a variety of lake-side communities whom still conserve their characteristic customs of traditional living. Among these can be found the population of the floating islands of Uros, the island communities of Taquile and Amantani and the coastal communities of Llachón, each one actively participating in the maintenance of their highlands culture Puno is also the folklore capital of Peru thanks to its extraordinary variety of dances and costuming. Our team is in charge of providing all the necessary facilities and requirements to ensure security and a pleasant tour.

Day 1: Cusco - Llachon Santa Maria

• Private Coach Cusco - Juliaca - Lake Port of the Peninsula of Llachon if total number of participants is above 10 Paxs.
• Regular Passenger Bus Cusco - Juliaca + Private Coach to the peninsula of Llachon if number of participants is below 10 paxs.
• Transfer on boat from "Puerto de San Pedro" to fixed camping site.
• Dinner in fixed camping site served in our personal mess tent.
• Overnight in fixed camping site, equipped with all necessary facilities for personal comfort. Accommodation always on double standard. Overnight in fixed campsite in the Peninsula de Santa Maria.

Day 2:  Isla Taquile

• Sailboat + Launch from fixed campsite to the Island of Taquile.
• Visit to the Uros of Titino floating Islands + return to Local home.
• Unforgettable overnight in local inhabitant's homes; accommodation always on double standard see photos + group dinner one of the local homes.

Day 3: Transfer Out

• Every two participants will partake breakfast in the local dwelling assigned to them
• Departure Transfer to Bus terminal or Airport.
