From the middle of the last century until the end of the 80's, the Maury Hotel was one of the most well known hotels in Lima. Totally renewed and modernly furnished, the Maury Hotel reopened its doors in February, 2000. Located at only 50 meters to the Main Square in Lima's Historical Center, has a traditional Bar. Place where was created the most representative Peruvian cocktail, the "Pisco Sour".
